Terms & Conditions to use our DO IT YOURSELF Booking Software
The Services will be provided only on receipt of full payment.
Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellation charges will be levied for bookings cancelled after the stipulated time period of lapses as per the booking policy ( different bookings have different policies).
Terms & Conditions: The Services will be provided only on receipt of full payment as per MNT invoice prior to the deadline.
It is customary for all excursion companies to expect the customers to be ready on time. Incase of any damage/ extra service bought/ waiting charges amounting to extra charge need to be paid directly to the service providers.
Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellation charges will be levied for bookings cancelled after the stipulated time in accordance with the cancellation policy of the service providers. Requests for refund should be made in writing within 7 days after the booking. Incase your booking lies under the policy of Non refundable because of time period has run out, or you choose certain bookings that are on non refundable basis ( special excursions, high demand period for hotel accommodation, etc ), then it is very difficult to get refunds from the service providers. We will do our level best to assist, but as per our experience it is very difficult to get refunds or ask for adjustments in future bookings.
The deposit paid at the time of booking is non refundable.
All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund approval from the hotel/the service provider and no refund can be given without this approval. The hotel/the service provider reserves the right to process and whether or not to approve the refund request and if necessary, charge an administrative fee.
Responsibility: The services mentioned are provided by independent entities that own or operate hotels, airlines, surface transportation, hotels, restaurants, ships and cruises, places of entertainment like theme parks, museums, art galleries etc. Though we select reputed suppliers after we inspect their infrastructure, however, we have no direct control over such services or persons providing such services or their staff. We cannot be held responsible if the contemplated service is not provided by the supplier or there is a defect or deficiency in the services provided by any supplier. Consequently, any delay injury, death, loss or damage is caused on the above account does not render us liable to the clients who have chosen us as organizers. However, in case a client is not satisfied with a service, we can take up the matter with the supplier if we are intimated immediately with in 7 days of consuming of the service.
Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the person booking these packages and services to familiarize and read thoroughly the booking conditions, payment policy and cancellation terms.
My Nordic Travel is a medium to bridge and connect the Travellers with the service providers. Therefore we are not producing but are reselling as per the terms and conditions of the service providers.
